We treat all of our customers with genuine courtesy and professional service.  If you have any concerns, feel free to call us or send an email to customer service.

CitraPac guarantees arrival of all products in frozen good condition.  It is however the customer\'s responsibility to place the frozen products in a freezer the day it arrives via FedEx or UPS.

Customer must contact CitraPac within 24 hours of delivery at 877-248-7272 to report any damage or condition problems.
